Friday Five Minute Exercise - Pick a Word
1. Set your clocks/timers for Five (5) Minutes.
2.Choose from one of the following words: dream, believe, inspire, peace. Write whatever comes to your mind about one of these words. Get into as much detail as you can for the next five minutes.
5. Finished? Review and be amazed.
